Migraine pain usually affects both sides of the head and is often accompanied by light sensitivity and nausea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/www.cbdx.co.il\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/%D7%A1%D7%99%D7%91%D7%99%D7%93%D7%99-%D7%9E%D7%A9%D7%9B%D7%9A-%D7%9B%D7%90%D7%91%D7%99%D7%9D-%D7%99%D7%A2%D7%99%D7%9C.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cannabis-based medication the researchers gave the participants was a combination of the two active compounds in marijuana: tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD).
